A Clinical Nutritionist and Health Coach with a deep respect for the body’s intelligence and a firm belief that lasting health comes from understanding — not overriding — the body.

My interest in nutrition was shaped by years of observing how often people are given fragmented advice, quick fixes, or protocols that ignore the complexity of the human body. I became passionate about doing things differently: slowing the process down, asking better questions, and addressing root drivers rather than chasing symptoms.

Today, I specialise in working with clients experiencing Migraines, Sleep and Breathing Disorders (asthma, OSA), Gut Dysfunction, Eczema, Hormonal Imbalance, Menopausal Weight Gain, Obesity and Metabolic Syndrome. My approach is food-first, evidence-based, and lifestyle-led — grounded in science, but always applied with nuance and practicality.

I work exclusively online with individuals who value quality, clarity, and long-term outcomes. My clients are typically motivated, health-conscious, and ready to invest in understanding their health at a deeper level.
